Our Salt Delivery Plans are monthly subscriptions that include both salt delivery and manual refilling of your water softener.
Perfect for smaller households or couples who use less water but still want the convenience of regular deliveries. The Studio Plan includes one bag per month, delivered straight to your home. Simply choose a 2-hour time slot, and we’ll make sure your softener is filled and ready.
Our most popular option, ideal for busy families and mid-sized households. With three bags per month, the Home Plan keeps your system running smoothly without the hassle of store runs or heavy lifting. Select your preferred 2-hour delivery window, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Designed for larger households or homes with higher water demand, the Manor Plan provides five bags per month, with the flexibility to add extra bags for just $10 each. Book your 2-hour delivery slot, and our team will bring everything right to your door — no lifting required.
Need salt outside of a subscription? Our One-Time Delivery service is perfect for quick refills or unexpected needs. For a $25 delivery fee plus $10 per bag, we’ll bring as many bags as you need at the time that works best for you.
Keep your system in top condition with our comprehensive annual cleaning and maintenance service. For just $200 (15% off for subscribers), we’ll perform a full inspection, deep-cleaning, and tune-up so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your system is well maintained.

Not always. If you’re home, we will fill your water softener for you. However, if no one is home, we’ll leave the bags safely at your front door.
Our plans are based on household size and typical water use. Smaller homes usually need 2 bags per month, families average 4 bags, and larger households require 6 bags or more. If you’re not sure, click here to take our quiz to get an estimate on how many bags your home needs.
We ask for at least 3 days’ notice to reschedule, but your first short-notice change is forgiven. Simply contact us by phone or email to update your delivery, and we’ll work with you to find another convenient 2-hour time slot.
Yes. If you just need a quick refill, we offer one-time delivery for a flat $25 delivery fee plus $12.50 per bag. It’s a simple, flexible option without a monthly subscription.
Our annual service includes a full system inspection, thorough deep-cleaning, and tune-up to keep your softener running efficiently. It’s $200, or you can save 15% when bundled with a monthly subscription plan.
