Not always. If you’re home, we will fill your water softener for you. However, if no one is home, we’ll leave the bags safely at your front door.
Our plans are based on household size and typical water use. Smaller homes usually need 2 bags per month, families average 4 bags, and larger households require 6 bags or more. If you’re not sure, click here to take our quiz to get an estimate on how many bags your home needs.
We ask for at least 3 days’ notice to reschedule, but your first short-notice change is forgiven. Simply contact us by phone or email to update your delivery, and we’ll work with you to find another convenient 2-hour time slot.
Yes. If you just need a quick refill, we offer one-time delivery for a flat $25 delivery fee plus $12.50 per bag. It’s a simple, flexible option without a monthly subscription.
Our annual service includes a full system inspection, thorough deep-cleaning, and tune-up to keep your softener running efficiently. It’s $200, or you can save 15% when bundled with a monthly subscription plan.
