Utah Salt Supply provides:
Residential salt delivery subscriptions.
One-time salt deliveries.
Annual water softener cleaning services.
[Future] Air filter delivery and additional home consumable services.
Service availability is currently limited to Utah County, Utah, with future planned expansion.
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in our service area to purchase services.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or others).
All fees are charged at time of order or subscription renewal.
Prices are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated).
Delivery dates will be scheduled via Utah Salt Supply’s booking system.
Customers must ensure safe, accessible delivery locations.
Subscription cancellations: Subscription cancellations apply to your next month.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to determination by the Utah Salt Supply Team and are not offered for customers who elect to purchase a 12 month package.
Failed Deliveries: If a failed delivery occurs and is the fault of weather or other uncontrollable factors, Utah Salt Supply will reschedule a delivery. If the fault is due to incorrect customer information or a lack of response, we reserve the right to cancel said delivery without refund.
By providing contact information, you agree to receive communications about services, orders, and promotions.
Marketing messages require your explicit opt-in.
Message & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or unsubscribe from emails.
Provide accurate information for delivery and billing.
Ensure safe access to delivery areas.
Do not misuse or tamper with website or booking systems.
By submitting reviews, testimonials, or comments, you grant Utah Salt Supply a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for marketing.
We reserve the right to remove or moderate inappropriate content.
Services are provided “as is.”
Utah Salt Supply is not liable for:
Damage to customer equipment caused by misuse.
Delivery delays due to weather, traffic, or other conditions outside our control.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
All website content, branding, and materials are property of Utah Salt Supply, LLC and may not be copied without permission.
These Terms are governed by Utah law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Utah County, Utah.
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
